Preliminary court proceeding on criminal case of Eldeniz Nuriyev
accused of parricide will be held ate Military Court of Grave Crimes,
the court told the APA.
Nuriyev faced charges under article 274 (parricide) of the Criminal
Code.
Eldeniz Nuriyev was captured on December 31 last year in Fuzuli. He
was released on January 16 this year.
Law-enforcement bodies carried out investigation on the fact after
Nuriyev was released and he was arrested.
