USA AND RUSSIA REFUSE TO GIVE POLITICAL ASYLUM TO AZERBAIJANI REPORTERS

"Azg" daily has already informed that several Azerbaijani reporters
applied to the accredited Embassies in Azerbaijan for political
asylum. The Azerbaijani websites informed that the Embassies of Russia
and also USA in Baku denied giving political asylum to the Azerbaijani
reporters. The Russian Embassy explained the reporters could apply
for a political asylum just in Russia, because of non-visa regime
between Russia and Azerbaijan.

By the way, the number of the reporters (it is now more than 25),
who seek political asylum in other countries, is getting higher
in Azerbaijan.
