VLADIMIR PUTIN: "OUR RELATIONS WITH ARMENIA ARE BRILLIANT"

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin recently stated
that Russia is establishing singular prices system for South Caucasus,
both for Georgia, relations with which "are not very good indeed", and
Armenia, with witch "brilliant" relations are established. According
to "Interfax" news agency the President made this statement in an
interview to the press of G8 member-states.

In addition to his comments on Armenia, Putin also noted that the
Armenian side has also criticized Russia’s policy on power engineering,
but nevertheless the contradictions were settled due to an agreement
about paying for energy carriers with governmental actives.
