NOVRUZ MAMMADOV: I AM NOT SURE ST PETERSBURG MEETING WILL BE CONCLUSIVE

"I can not appreciate St Petersburg meeting as conclusive".

Novruz Mammadov, head of international relations department of
Azerbaijani President’s Office told to journalists.

He said he is not sure of Armenian’s position. "Armenians moved off
their first position several times though they pretended themselves
to come to an agreement".

Commenting on the opinion of OSCE Chairman-in-Office on the existence
of favorable ground in achieving settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh
conflict Novruz Mammadov said it happened before, and Armenians
changed their position at final moment.
