June 7 President Robert Kocharyan signed a decree on appointing
the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of
Armenia to India Ashot Kocharyan as Armenia’s Ambassador Extraordinary
and Plenipotentiary to Malaysia (seat in New Deli), President’s Press
