Parakar Art School Under Repair With Financing Of French Local Body

PARAKAR ART SCHOOL UNDER REPAIR WITH FINANCING OF FRENCH LOCAL BODY OF "HAYASTAN" All-ARMENIAN FUND

YEREVAN, JUNE 12, NOYAN TAPAN. The art scholl after Hovik Edgarian
in the village of Parakar (Armavir marz) is undergoing major repairs
with financing of the French local body of the "Hayastan" All-Armenian
Fund. According to a press release submitted to NT, as a result of the
construction work started in February 2007, the roof and floor of the
school building have been repaired, its walls have been reinforced,
as well as internal water pipes, new doors and windows have been
installed. Interior decoration work is now underway. It is envisaged
to complete this 140,000-dollar program in August.
