Mr. Nasibyan, who can be a proxy and who can electioneer?
According to the NKR Electoral Code, all the citizens of NKR can
be proxies and electioneer except for the judiciary, the police, the
officers of the ministry of defense, the National Security Service, the
Office of Public Prosecutor, the tax agency, the military personnel,
members of electoral commissions, heads of the state mass media
and foreigners.
The workers of other state offices can but not in the working hours.
How will the military personnel vote?
The registers of the temporary servicemen will be made and hung at the
military units 15 days before the voting, three days before the voting
the registers will be sent to the polling stations. The servicemen will
vote outside the military units, in the nearest area. The officers
and the personnel will vote at the polling stations of their places
of residence.
