NEW MECHANISM OF VOCATIONAL AND UNIVERSITY FINAL EXAMS ORGANIZATION PLANNED TO BE USED IN ARMENIA

YEREVAN, JUNE 14, NOYAN TAPAN. A new mechanism of organization of
vocational and university state final exams is planned to the used in
two years in Armenia. As Ara Avetisian, RA Deputy Minister of Education
and Science, reported at the June 14 press conference, professional
education cannot be an end in itself and "the order of speciality’s
quality should be formed by the market." According to this, as a method
of checking knowledge, the Ministry proposes involving through various
departments the best specialists invited from different spheres into
commissions of state final exams. "This mechanism makes unequivocal
market-professional education relations," A. Avetisian said.
