NATIONAL CONCEPTION FOR KARABAKH CONFLICT SOLUTION PREPARED

Garabagh Council composed of experts and NGOs representatives held next
meeting, coordinator of the Council, rights defender Arzu Abdullayeva
told APA.

They exchanged views on the current negotiations carried out for
the solution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict. Council members agreed on
preparing national conception on the solution of the conflict.

Abdullayeva said that four groups have been established in the Council
for it.

Rights defender said that proposals of the groups will be debated
afterwards and will be documented. They will present their national
conception to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and then it will
be publicized.
