EXHIBITION OF ARAM DOVLAT’S PICTURES OPENED IN ABU DABI

ABU DABI, JUNE 18, NOYAN TAPAN – ARMENIANS TODAY. The exhibition of
the Armenian painter Aram Dovlat’s (Dovlatian) pictures started in
one of the halls of Abu Dabi’s cultural fund on May 29 – June 9 due
to the sponsorship of Vahagn Melikian, the RA Ambassador to the UAE
and Patrice Paul, the French Ambassador to the UAE.

Zaki Nusijban, the Deputy Head of the Fund, a number of embassies
accredited in the country, and representatives of the Armenian
Community took part in the official opening of the exhibition.

The exhibition including over 35 canvases reflecting Christian culture
and different periods of the history of the Armenian people was widely
covered by the local press. It received a warm response and was highly
appreciated by local and foreign guests.
