/PanARMENIAN.Net/ "Despite my great respect for the OSCE MG mediators,
including U.S. previous Co-Chairs, I should say that making serious
comments on Matthew Bryza’s statements is an occupation for people
lacking sense of humor," OSCE MG former Co-chair, Ambassador Vladimir
Kazimirov told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter when commenting on Mr
Bryza’s statement that "the parties to the Nagorno Karabakh conflicts
are close to an agreement and negotiations may resume in autumn."
Indefatigable talkativeness and simulated optimist devaluated
the utterance of the U.S. Co-chair, according to Kazimirov. "These
statements time and again put him in an awkward position and all who
watch the process do remember such professional curious incidents. I
think American businessmen are practicing the saying "less talk,
more action," the Russian diplomat said.
