Graduate students received diploma and title of lieutenant at Vazgen
Sargsyan Military Institute today. Several top military were present
at the ceremony. The minister was not there since he was in the
parliament to sumbit government program to the National Assembly.
Seiran Ohanyan, military forces general headquarters head, praised
the institute saying it puts higher value to qualities like will
power and physical abilities.
