/PanARMENIAN.Net/ No one violated the territorial integrity of
Azerbaijan. The NKR military liberated their lands, political scientist
Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan told a news conference in Yerevan.
"The world doesn’t fancy the situation that emerged after the USSR
decline," he said.
"The Armenian diplomacy doesn’t carry out a sufficient amount of
work. We constantly have to explain to the international community
the line of borders of modern Azerbaijan, which is not the assignee
of the Azeri SSR," he said.
"The OSCE PA resolution on ‘frozen conflicts’ in Moldova and Georgia
reads that these conflicts should be settled basing on the principles
of territorial integrity of these states. However, it doesn’t refer
to Nagorno Karabakh," he said
