KAPAN-MEGHRI ALTERNATIVE ROAD TO BE PUT INTO OPERATION ON SEPTEMBER 15

KAPAN, JULY 11, NOYAN TAPAN. Andranik Manukian, the RA Minister of
Transport and Communication, was in the Syunik region on July 10
on a working visit for the purpose of getting acquainted with the
construction of the Meghri-Kapan alternative road on the spot. The
Minister, expressing satisfaction with the work done said that the
road construction is in the focus of the RA President’s attention. In
A. Manukian’s words, it is envisaged to put the road into operation on
September 15. The Minister also said that the issue of reconstruction
of the Kapan-Tatev-Shinuhayr road is at the stage of discussion.
