RA PRESIDENT LEAVES FOR FRANCE ON OFFICIAL VISIT ON JULY 11

YEREVAN, JULY 11, NOYAN TAPAN. Robert Kocharian, the President of the
Republic of Armenia, is leaving for France on a three-day official
visit on July 11. According to the information provided to Noyan Tapan
by the RA President’s Press Office, Vardan Oskanian, the RA Minister
of Foreign Affairs, Edward Nalbandian, the RA Ambassador Extraordinary
and Plenipotentiary to France, as well as other officials are included
in the Armenian delegation.

The meeting between Robert Kocharian, the RA President, and Nikolas
Sarkozy, the newly-elected President of France, will take place in
the Elisee Palace.

Robert Kocharian will also meet with Bernard Accoyer, the Chairman of
the National Assembly of France, and Christian Ponsle, the President
of the Senate.

Mr. and Mrs. Kocharian will visit the "Armenian painting in 1830-1930"
exhibition opened in the "Little Palace" museum in Paris, as well as
the exibition of modern Armenian painting opened in the Luxembourg
Palace within the framework of the Armenian year in France.
