On July 14th, 2007, the session of the NKR Central Electoral
Commission took place led by the president of the Commission
Sergey Nassibian. The presidents of the Territorial Electoral
Commissions, the representatives of the NKR Police, Communication
Services and Mass-media took part in the session. Some questions
concerned with the final stage of the preparatory works of the NKR
presidential election were discussed at the session. At the session
was accepted the statement of the representative of the NKR Police,
that arrangements were realized and worked out by the police central
and territorial bodies. The question for securing the immediate
telephone communication between the NKR Central, Territorial and
District Electoral Commissions was also discussed. At the session of
the Central Electoral Commission the presidents of the Territorial
Electoral Commissions stated about the preparations for organizing
and arranging the NKR presidential election. In the result it was
underlined that all the arrangements foreseen for preparing and
arranging the election were basically realized by the Commissions,
and last works were being realized for organizing the vote. By the
Commission’s decision the press centre was created, which would satisfy
the publicity of the Central Commission’s works, and would work with
international and local observers and journalists, would organize
press-conferences of Central electoral Commission. At the end, the
president of the Central Electoral Commission Sergey Nassibian with
the presidents of Territorial Electoral Commissions had a conference,
where the questions of final and important stage for preparing and
arranging the vote and summerizing the results were discussed. The
