YEREVAN, JULY 18, NOYAN TAPAN. The RA Prime Minister, Serge Sargsian,
on July 18, met with James McDougal, a lecturer at the U.S. National
Strategic College, formerly a representative of the U.S. Defence
Secretary Office for Eurasian Affairs, who had arrived in Armenia
for the purpose of conducting researches on issues of South Caucasian
countries’ security and stability.

Within the framework of the regional visit, he had already had meetings
with Azeri and Georgian high-ranking officials, representatives of
research centers engaged in issues of foreign policy and national
security.

Mentioning that he remembers with rather good impressions the
meeting with S. Sargsian held nearly two years ago in Pentagon,
when S. Sargsian was still the RA Defence Minister, James McDougal
discussed issues related to his research with the Prime Minister.
