According to the order of Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili,
various courses will be organized for Azerbaijanis in Kvemo-Kartly
region compactly-populated by Azerbaijanis for their learning the
Georgian language and integration into society.

100 Azeri entrants will attend the courses.

Armenians from Akhalkalaki region are also expected to attend the
courses.

The main aim of the courses is to raise the level of Georgian and
prevent the entrants from studying abroad.

Hundreds of Azerbaijani entrants leave Kvemo-Kartly for Baku every
year to get higher education since they do not know Georgian.
