NAGORNO KARABAKH ELECTIONS VALID – ELECTORAL COMMISSION

The central electoral commission of the mostly Armenian populated
Azerbaijani enclave of Nagorno Karabakh has declared the Thursday
presidential election valid, as the voter turnout threshold has
been met.
According to the chairman of the commission, Sergei Nasibyan, over
25 percent of 91,180 eligible voters took part in the poll.
