PM Serge Sargsayn congratulates newly elected NKR President Bako Sahakyan

RA Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan sent a congratulating message to
Bako Sahakyan on the occasion of his election to the position of
NKR President.

Information and Public Relations Department of RA Government informs
that, the Prime Minister’s message says, in part:

"Dear Mr. Sahakyan,

I warmly congratulate you on the occasion of being elected the
President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic. I’m confident that enjoying
full trust of the Artsakhi people, you will uphold the efforts directed
at reinforcement and development of statehood of the Nagorno Karabakh
Republic, the wellbeing of the people. The presidential elections
in NKR held in compliance with democratic principles reconfirms the
irreversibility of the process of Nagorno Karabakh’s maturing as a
full-fledged state. I wish you success in your high and responsible
position."
