Central Depositary Of Armenia Submitted A Number Of New Rules To CB

CENTRAL DEPOSITARY OF ARMENIA SUBMITTED A NUMBER OF NEW RULES TO CB FOR REGISTRATION

Yerevan, July 24 /Mediamax/. Central Depositary of Armenia submitted a
number of new rules, as well as changes and amendments to the existing
rules, to the Central Bank for registration.

As Mediamax was told in CB press service today, all in all, there are
26 documents submitted by the Central Depositary. All the documents
are placed in the official website of CB in the "Securities
Market" section.

The Central Bank noted that the interested individuals and
organizations may present to the CB their written proposals and
remarks concerning the submitted documents up to August 10 of 2007.
