The Yerevan residents will be shortly able to contact the Traffic
Police by "Hot Line", Head of RA Traffic Police Ishkhan Ishkhanyan
said at today’s press-conference.

He touched on the capital’s traffic congestions, connected with
the construction work for the city’s improvement, and called up the
citizens to treat these technical problems with understanding. At the
same time, he noted some improvement of the situation in Yerevan over
the last two weeks, that is connected with the work of the relevant
department of the Traffic Police. He added that the situation will
more improve as a "Hot Line" will be created upon agreement with
"ArmenTel" Company to solve the problem of traffic congestions in the
Yerevan streets. There is also an agreement with VivaCell Company,
according to which the Traffic Police will be given a three-digit
number for the citizens to apply.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
