NAIROBI, JULY 25, NOYAN TAPAN – ARMENIANS TODAY. The authorities of
Kenya have decided to send the case of Arthur Margarian and Arthur
Sargsian to court after an investigation, which lasted about a year.

The special investigative group created on the order of Mwai Kibaki,
the President of Kenya, has revealed the criminal relations of Sargsian
and Margarian with the customs and migration services, high ranking
police officials, and political figures of Kenya. They are also charged
with simulation of documents, transfer of drugs and money laundering.

According to Radio Liberty, while the justice of Kenya is going to
call the Armenian "businessmen" to account, they are leading a quiet
life in Dubai.
