YEREVAN, AUGUST 8, NOYAN TAPAN. By the decision of the Armenian prime
minister Serge Sargsian, Samvel Khachatrian has been appointed as the
deputy minister of sport and youth issues of the RA, NT was informed
from the RA Government Information and PR Department.
