The message of the Prime Minister to the builders of the country

To celebrate the special occasion of the builders, the NKR Prime
Minister Anoushavan Danielian sent a congratulatory message to the
builders of the republic. The message particularly says: "Dear
Friends On behalf of the NKR Government and personally my own receive
sincere congratulations and best wishes in connection with the
special traditional holiday – the day of the builders. The
authotities of the republic excessevely attach importance and highly
estimate the role of the builder. Substructures are completely
changed, the works of building and regulating the roads, gasification
are put forward by the clear program. Decesive steps are taken in the
direction of creating stable irrigating system. New buldings and
apartments, schools, and other objects are born in the country. The
former unsafe buildings are replaced by new ones. The capital –
Stepanakert becomes unrecognizable and is changed year after year. By
the same time, it’s not a secret, that in spite of broadening the
sizes of the capital construction, the sphere feels the need of
radical changes. There is a great demand for dwellings, and the
authorities will do everything to improve the apartment conditions of
the people. The management of the country will continue to show
assistance to the families of killed and wounded azatamartiks giving
them new comfortable apartments. The problem of restoring and
rebuilding Shushi is a decesive significance for us, which will be
reflected in the program of the capital construction and the works
will be more broadened on account of state means. My Friends I
congratulate you again in connection with the traditional holiday of
the builder, I wish you inexhaustible energy.
