Speaking about ARF "plans" Manuk Gasparyan stated yesterday, "
90% Dashnaktsutyun (ARF) won’t nominate any candidacy during the
forthcoming presidential elections. They simply intend to make their
share of power a bit bigger for voting for Serge Sargsyan. As far as
I can understand, and you will also come to know about it after their
assembly that is going to take place in autumn, the party will vote
for Serge Sargsyan should they get Ok from Robert Kocharyan.

Many oligarchs, criminals and bureaucrats that once used to be loyal
to, Levon Ter-Petrosyan and later Robert Kocharyan little by little
are turning to Serge Sargsyan.
