Armenian-captured Azerbaijani soldier Samir Mammadov’s parents today
visited Azerbaijani representation of International Committee of the
Red Cross (ICRC) today, Mammadov’s relative Khayyam Mammadov told
the APA.

He said that Samir’s parents told ICRC representatives that they want
to send a letter to their son.

"The committee representatives told us that Samir does not want to
receive any letter, therefore we can not be against his will," he said.

The captured soldier’s parents will have meetings in State Commission
on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons and Ombudsman’s
Office today.
