Shirley Chapian is looking for Armenian pizza, and her fellow readers
know where to find it.

"The best Armenian pizza is made fresh every day at Mike’s Bakery" at
4110 S. Maryland Parkway, e-mailed Dean B. Pomerantz, who also
recommended Mike’s pastries and Armenian coffee. Mike’s also was
suggested by Mary Sherigan.

Pomerantz and Richard E. Semerjian suggested the Mediterranean
Market, 6020 Spring Mountain Road, and Denelle Araujo Kevorkian

For Bonnie Boyd, Cathy Bourne faxed that boiled peanuts can be found
near the butcher department at 99 Ranch Market, 4155 Spring Mountain
Road. And Allen Zorn said he buys raw peanuts from
(or call 323-344-5265), then cooks them in a slow cooker for 17 to 19
hours with salt and water. Zorn added that they keep well in the
freezer. …

For Geoff Marsh, who is looking for pappadums, Elizabeth Jackson said
they can be found in tandoori masala and yogurt-dill flavors at
Trader Joe’s. Tracey Brown also suggested Trader Joe’s.

For the chutneys Marsh also is seeking, Dalene Ansara suggested The
Samosa Factory, 4604 W. Sahara Ave. And for all things Indian,
Swadeep Nigam suggested Bombay Bazaar, 4047 S. Maryland Parkway or
8530 W. Warm Springs Road; India Bazaar, 4160 W. Fort Apache Road; or
New Indian Market, 4601 W. Sahara Ave. …

For Skip Gardner, Eunice Carver said sorghum can be found at Whole
Foods Market, 8855 W. Charleston Blvd. (there’s another Whole Foods
at 100 S. Green Valley Parkway in Henderson). Del Barry said it’s
processed in and around St. George, Utah, and the Arizona Strip, and
can be found at grocery and health-food stores and some restaurants
in that area. And Ann Gabriel suggested the Vermont Country Store at
