News on allegedly activated conflicts on the contact-line of Armenian
and Azerbaijani armed forces often aims to artificially tense the
situation, Armenian Defense Minister Mikael Haroutunyan told ArmInfo,
Tuesday.

"Quite on the contrary, the number of conflicts has decreased almost
by 40%. Everything is clear. There is a constant tension. The nerves
are on the stretch on both parties and isolated shots are made from
time to time. But all this is in the usual regime. There is no tension
of the situation," the minister said.
