RA Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian will leave for Belgium today to
participate in the solemn ceremony of launching the reconstruction
of the Villa Empain Palace in the diplomatic district of Belgium.
The aim of the initiative is to establish a centre for cultural
dialogue between the East and the West in the above-mentioned Palace,
which will give new breath to the Villa Empain as an architectural
heritage and will serve as an impetus for the development of cultural
dialogue between the East and the West.
During the stay in Brussels Minister Oskanian will make a speech
at the Heinrich Bï~_¶ll Foundation, where the leading experts and
representatives of research centers will be present.
