Stepan Safaryan says," Another important issue for us is to appeal
to the International Court. The label of an "aggressor" is hanging
on Armenia like Damocles sward. While, by winning the imposed war
Armenia controlled a manifestation of fascism, expressed by an extreme
intolerance towards an ethnic group.
We never advance those arguments. They call us occupiers, the only
thing we do is to say that they are occupiers. We never give equivalent
counter-attack to Azerbaijan’s baseless charges."
