"The Karabakh issue was put wrongly in the talks. We fought and
continue to fight for Karabakh and not for the administrative area
called the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region, which occurred as a
result of the caprice of Stalin and Azerbaijan. The talks are doomed
as long as they are on NKAR not on Karabakh. The talks will be
fruitless as long as Azerbaijan cherishes hopes to solve the problem
of Karabakh through force. And it means that the efforts of the
international community must be meant to prevent another war. In that
case the talks will produce tangible results," said Hrant Margaryan,
member of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau during the opening of the 11th
general meeting of the party.
He added that developed and democratic Artsakh is a guarantee of the
resolution of the Karabakh problems. "Artsakh without corruption,
inequality. Developed Artsakh which will attract and consolidate the
Karabakhis who were displaced and became refugees," Hrant Margaryan
said
