THE MESSAGE OF THE NKR PRESIDENT BAKO SAHAKIAN…

Honourable deputies, honourable presents. On behalf of Nagorno-Karabakh
Republic, people and my own, I welcome you in connection with
the opening of the 11th Supreme meeting of Armenian Organization
of Armenian Revolutionary Federation. Today’s meeting of ARF is
carried out for the first time in Nagorno Karabakh Republic and is
devoted to the 15th anniversary of liberation of Shushi. From the
day of formation, the main aim of ARF was the realization of national
longings, the most important of which was freedom of armenian people
and establishment of sovereignty. Today one of the most important
national problems is the problem of Artsakh.The investment of ARF
in Artsakh struggle is invaluable. We estimate highly the efforts
of the Federation in the work of peaceful regulation of Karabakh
conflict and as well as international recognition of Artsakh. The
role of the Federation is also big in the way of establishment of
Nagorno-Karabakh’s sovereignty.Your party participates actively in
all the elections taken place in the republic. The Federation is also
active in political life of Armenian Republic. Speaking about the
Federation, it’s impossible to pass round the role of the party in the
work of strengthening the three-union of Artsakh-Armenia-Diaspora. I’m
sure, that our best traditions and close collaboration will be
strengthened and deepened more, contributing to the development and
strengthening of independant Artsakh. Ending my speech, I’d like to
wish honourable deputies of the Supreme meeting productive work. Best
