THEME FOR OSKANYAN SPEECH BEING OUTLINED

Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan will participate in the 62nd
session of the United Nations, to take place in New York beginning
on September 18.

As revealed by the ministry’s press secretary, Vladimir Karapetyan,
the minister will leave for New York in the beginning of October,
after which he will address the General Assembly, on October 3. The
theme of his speech is now being outlined.
