PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS: WHO WILL DASHNAKSUTIUN CANDIDATE BE -VAHAN HOVANNISYAN OR ARMEN RUSTAMYAN?

The 11th Supreme Assembly of Armenia organization of the Armenian
Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaksutiun) has decided to nominate either
Vahan Hovannisyan or Armen Rustamyan for the president of Armenia.

A released statement says that Dashnaksutiun has decided to take part
in the presidential elections of the republic with its own candidate
on the belief that only the progress of Armenia may bring Karabakh
conflict to a fair and peaceful settlement as well as neutralize
internal and external security challenges.

Katinyan also said the center will organize educational programs for
parents with special needs children and for specialists working in
establishments for such children. It will also organize conferences,
seminars and exhibitions on challenges of special needs education.
