RAFFI HOVANNISIAN RECEIVES ITALIAN DELEGATION

Today Heritage Party leader Raffi K. Hovannisian met with an Italian
parliamentary delegation led by Chairman Umberto Ranieri of the
Foreign and EU Affairs Commission of Italy’s Chamber of Deputies. They
discussed Armenia’s domestic developments and diplomatic concerns,
Italian-Armenian relations, and the prospect of peace and democracy
in the European neighborhood.

Later in the day Hovannisian received at the National Assembly the
Iranian Deputy Ambassador Ali Akbar Jokari. They exchanged viewpoints
on regional issues and other matters of mutual interest.
