Yerevan, 15 September: Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has arrived
in Batumi on an unofficial visit.
The Armenian Foreign Ministry’s press service reported that Foreign
Minister Vardan Oskanyan is accompanying Kocharyan.
The situation with the Armenian population in Samtskhe-Javakheti
Region and detentions of Armenian citizens on the Georgian border
will be discussed during the Armenian-Georgian talks.
