RUSSIA CONFIRMED LIKELIHOOD TO BUILD AN OIL REFINING PLANT

Russia is likely to participate in the construction of an oil refining
plant in Armenia, as well as implement a joint program of extraction of
uranium, the Russian prime minister Victor Zubkov stated on September
25 in Moscow. "The construction of the oil refining plant, the large
amount of the product, the building materials that Armenia has,
there will be a big market in Sochi in 2014, those are the uranium
reserves which now should be explored, and not only explored but also
produced, processed, market, and many more that must be solved and
we are solving," the new prime minister of Russia jabbered.
