Arthur Mossiyan Arthur Mossiyan was born in 1971, January 15th, in
Marouni. In 1987 he finished school number 1 of Martouni and entered
"History and Jurisprudence" department of faculty of history of the
Teachers’ Taining Institute of Stepanakert. In 1992 he graduated
from the Institute with excellent marks, he entered and graduated
from post-graduate course of Institute of History of RA. From the
beginning of Artsakh movement he was one of its active participants.
In 1992-1998 he served in NKR Defence Army. In 1999-2000 he was
an assistant of the leader of board of administration of Martouni
region. In 2000 he was elected a deputy of NKR National Assembly
of third convening and held a post of the chairman of permenant
commission of NA defence, security and obedience to the law. He was
rewarded with NKR and RA rewards. He is married and has 3 children.
