"OSCE CHIEF: "UNFORTUNATELY WE COULD NOT MOVE FORWARD IN NAGORNO KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT TALKS"

"Despite Special Representative of the OSCE Minsk group and the OSCE
Chairman-in-Office and Joseph Borel’s mediating mission there is no
obvious progress achieved in Nagorno Karabackh conflict settlement
talks", OSCE Chairman In Office Miguel Angel Moratinos said at the
UN Security Council, APA reports quoting Regnum agency.

He stressed importance of eliminating disloyalty between the two
sides. Mr.Moratinos touched upon settlement of conflicts existing
in Georgia and found necessary to strengthen the cooperation between
the OSCE and the UN to achieve stability.
