GERMANY STANDS FOR REINFORCEMENT OF COOPERATION BETWEEN ARMENIA AND EU

Germany stands for reinforcement of dialogue and cooperation
between Armenia and the European Union, Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of Germany to Armenia Andrea Victorin told ArmInfo
correspondent during the event organized on the occasion of the
Germany Unification Day.
"Germany has special interest in Eastern Europe and aspires to
reinforce relations with Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, as well
as these countries’ relations with the European Union," the German
diplomat noted. He added that Armenia is one of the pivotal countries
in the European Neighborhood Policy of the European Commission, and
Germany has actively worked to promote the signing of the EU-Armenia
Action Plan in the framework of the above-mentioned program.
