Money spending experience needed
`I think that by the end of 2008, we will have ample money, but since
we don’t have any experience in spending money, we’re going to have to
gain that experience,’ stated Galust Sahakyan, vice-president of the
Republican party.
Sahakyan believes this money will come from the quickly growing
economy. He said they would be inviting people from other countries
`so we will be able to properly spend money from the budget and other
sources. If I am saying this, you can believe it.’
Sahakyan pointed out that today Armenia has a serious need for
qualified workers. `Today that time has come, when you ask someone if
he will work for 5,000 dram, and he says that if he does, he will lose
his public assistance,’ he said. Sahakyan went on to say that the
problem of unemployment would end sometime next year, but that for now
it is difficult to guarantee workplaces for university graduates.
