The khatchkar is 6 foot high, weighs 2.5 tons and has inscriptions
in Welsh, Armenian and English on a stone chosen to closely match tufa.

In recognition of their unprecedented gesture, Bishop Nathan will
be presenting a gift of a marble cross to Lord Dafydd Elis-Thomas,
the Presiding Officer of the National Assembly of Wales, representing
all the people of Wales..

All the churches in Wales will be represented at the ceremony.

The cultural side will involve the Akhtamar Dance Group and Welsh
choirs.

Buses will be organized from London with priority given to the elderly
and children (more details to follow).
