Dink’s sentence according to 301

Arat Dink, the son of Hrant Dink who was tried for degrading
Turkishness, and the franchise owner of Agos newspaper were sentenced
to jail for one year.

One year jail sentence for Agos executives

Arat Dink, the son of the murdered Hrant Dink and the editorial
director of Agos newspaper and the franchise owner Serkis Seropyan
was sentenced to a jail sentence of one year each according to the
article 301 of Turkish Criminal Code. The penalties were postponed as
Dink and Seropyan did not have any criminal record. The investigation
started upon the file of complaint submitted by Recep Akkuº upon the
statement of Hrant Dink.
