Minister Awards Poetess And Literary Expert With Gold Medals

MINISTER AWARDS POETESS AND LITERARY EXPERT WITH GOLD MEDALS

Today Culture Minister Hasmik Poghosyan has awarded poetess Dianna
Ter-Hovannisyan with a gold medal for her vivid contribution in
the development and dissemination of the Armenian literature. The
minister also awarded Yervan Azatyan, adviser on Diaspora issues at
the ministry and a literary expert, with a gold medal for his vivid
contribution in the literary and public life of the Diaspora.

As informed by "Radiolur," the minister mentioned that each of the
present deserves their own praises since they have all done a great
job for establishing and developing the Armenian literature in other
countries.

In her words, the events connected with translation and literature
conducted in the course of the recent few months testify that the
state pays high significance to the writing and literature.

The minister promised to make the award giving to the literary experts
with contributions in the Armenian literature traditional.
