/PanARMENIAN.Net/ "The Turkish parliament has made a decision. Turkish
forces will a cross the Iraqi border when necessary," said Huseyn
Avni Karslioglu, the Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan.

"Military operations in Iraq will not tell on EU-Turkey accession
talks," he added.

"The events taking place in southeast Turkey are very
regretful. Several dozens of Turkish soldiers were killed by Kurdish
rebels. It can’t remain as such.

Innocent people should not suffer. If necessary, Turkey will launch
operations and will not ask permission from other states. But it will
thoroughly think over the details. Such issues demand composure,"
the Ambassador said.

The issue will be discussed during the forthcoming visit of Turkish
Prime Minister Erdogan to the U.S., Novosti Azerbaijan reports.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
