NAGORNO-KARABAKH PRESIDENT HELD MEETING

October 22 Nagorno-Karabakh Republic President Bako Sahakian held a
meeting with the participation of the members of the Architectural
Council.

According to the information DE FACTO received at the Central
Department of Information under NKR President, the principal subject
of the discussions had been the Council’s work. NKR President mentioned
the importance of conferring new quality to the work.

According to Bako Sahakian, the Council’s work should become
transparent. Besides, Bako Sahakian specially underscored the
inadmissibility of illegal construction.

The issues referring to preparing new plans of the capital city and
regional centers were also raised in the course of the meeting.
