In Nagorno-Karabakh Republic the index of consumer prices in October of
2007 in comparison with December of 2006 has compiled 103.0 per cent,
that year ration goods (including alcoholic drinks and tobacco) –
104.6 per cent, non-ration goods – 98.1 per cent, tariffs of paying
services – 102.7 per cent. A terse rise has been registered in the
following goods groups: grain-products – 116.6 per cent, animal and
vegetable oil – 144.1 per cent and education’s services – 112.2 per
cent. In January-October of 2007 in comparison with January-October
of 2006 the index of consumer prices has compiled 103.6 per cent,
ration goods (including alcoholic drinks and tobacco) – 103.2 per
cent, non-ration goods – 99.4 per cent, tariffs of paying services –
109.4 per cent. The index of consumer prices in October of 2007 in
comparison with 2006 has compiled 105.1 per cent. According to the
results of reviews of the NKR National Statistical Service’s prices
in NKR consumer market during the last two months of the current
year a terse price rise of some most important ration goods has been
registered. Particularly, by condition of November 1st an average
price of 1kg bread has compiled 300.6 drams instead of 266.1 drams
of September 1st and 269.0 drams of October 1st, an average price
of flour of the first sort accordingly – 245.7 drams instead of
358.5 and 361.4 drams, an average price of animal oil accordingly –
2035.7 drams instead of 1778.6 and 1792.9 drams, an average price
of vegetable oil accordingly – 1027.1 drams instead of 640.7 and
768.6 drams. By condition of November 1st of 2007 in comparison with
December of 2006 an average price of a bread has increased 24.2 per
cent, flour of the first sort – 48.1 per cent, macaroni – 9.1 per cent,
animal oil – 21.3 per cent and vegetable oil – 70.2 per cent.
