STRATEGIC RESEARCH CENTER UNDER PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC ESTABLISHED

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev decreed on establishing Strategic
Research Center under the President of Azerbaijan Republic and
confirming its statute.
Preamble of the decree says that Azerbaijan’s dynamic development
and successful integration into the world economy require strategic
investigation, making forecasts on improving the process of management,
analyzing socio-political situation, conducting sociological surveys
and coordinating strategic investigations made by relevant bodies.
There is need for the implementation of large-scale programs based
on the respected scientific conception for informing international
community about Azerbaijani realities in the information confrontation
on Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
Strategic Research Center under President of Azerbaijan Republic was
established and statute of this organization was confirmed at the
order of the President. The number of the workers of the center is 30,
and Justice Ministry was commissioned to ensure state registration of
Strategic Researches Center under President of Azerbaijan Republic
in 15 days. Cabinet of the Ministers was commissioned to provide
Strategic Researches Center under President of Azerbaijan Republic
with building and necessary equipments, solve financing problems of
the organization.
