PRESIDENT OF NETHERLANDS BANK AND ARMENIAN PRIME MINISTER DISCUSS POSSIBILITY OF ARMENIA TO BECOME A FINANCIAL CENTER

"We are proud that the Armenian Central Bank renders technical
consultation in issues related to Central Bank and we consider that our
partnership develops well," Nut Velink, president of Netherlands Bank,
told a discussion with the Armenian Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan
yesterday. He also praised the relations between Armenia and the
Netherlands saying they are warm and friendly.
Nut Velink spoke about his impressions from the discussions in
Armenia. He said he is impressed by professionalism, abilities and
knowledge of those with who he had talks.
During the meeting, the president of the bank and the Armenian prime
minister discussed further cooperation, the possibility of Armenia
to become a financial center and about steps to its realization.
